| 販売価格 | 標準料金は1回（60分）あたり¥2,500〜¥25,000（税込）。講師・科目により異なり、各講師のプロフィールページおよび予約画面に表示します。表示価格はすべて消費税込みです。IB科目の料金は、講師ごとの時間単価に科目のティア（SL・HL別）の割合を掛けた額です。Pre-IB・SATは講師ごとの時間単価です。一部の科目は個別に合意した料金となり、その金額をプロフィールページおよび予約画面に表示します。90分・120分の授業は時間に比例して計算します。 |

| キャンセル・返金について | 時間はすべて授業開始予定時刻を基準とします。授業開始12時間前まで：キャンセル・振替とも無料（振替は回数制限なし）。授業開始2〜12時間前のキャンセル：料金の50%（この時間帯の振替は講師の承諾が必要で、承諾されない場合は同じくキャンセルとして扱います）。授業開始2時間以内のキャンセルおよび無断欠席：料金の全額（振替はできません）。遅刻：授業開始から15分以内に参加された場合は授業を行います。15分を過ぎても参加がない場合は欠席として記録されることがあり、その場合は料金の全額をご請求します。講師都合によるキャンセル・欠席：ご請求なし、無料で振替。双方が参加しなかった場合、または当社側の技術的な障害で授業が行えなかった場合：ご請求なし。講師が合わない場合：最初の授業で講師が合わなかったときは、別の講師を無料でご紹介します。この場合、当該授業の返金は行いません。詳細は利用規約第7条・第8条（英語）をご確認ください。 |

| Prices | Standard prices: ¥2,500 to ¥25,000 per 60-minute session, depending on the tutor and subject. Each tutor’s prices are shown on their profile and at booking. All prices include consumption tax. For IB subjects the price is the tutor’s hourly base rate multiplied by the subject’s SL/HL tier percentage; Pre-IB and SAT use the tutor’s programme rate. A few subjects have an individually agreed price, shown on the profile and at booking. 90- and 120-minute sessions are priced proportionally. |

| Cancellation | Times are measured from the scheduled start. More than 12 hours before: cancel or reschedule free. 2 to 12 hours before: cancelling costs 50% (a reschedule in this window needs the tutor’s acceptance; if declined, it is treated as a cancellation). Less than 2 hours before, or no-show: 100% (no rescheduling). Late arrival: the session goes ahead if the student joins within 15 minutes; after 15 minutes it may be recorded as not attended and charged in full. Tutor cancels or does not attend: no charge, free reschedule. Neither side attends, or a technical failure on our side: no charge. Tutor not the right fit: after the first session we match a different tutor at no charge; that session is not refunded. See clauses 7 and 8 of the Terms of Service. |
