Reliability Policy

Michi tracks tutor reliability over the last 10 sessions. Each session appears as a circle on the tutor dashboard; each new session slides in and pushes the oldest one out.

Strike weights: a reschedule inside 12 hours that is accepted counts 1, a cancellation inside 12 hours counts 2, and a verified no-show counts 4.

A window total of 0 to 2 is good standing (green), 3 to 4 brings a notice (yellow), 5 to 7 a stricter notice (orange), and 8 or more triggers an operations review (red).

Suspension is never automatic. Crossing into orange or red, or 2 no-shows within 30 days, asks the operations team to review; every decision is made by a person.

Advancing to a higher commission band requires 2 strikes or fewer across the last 10 sessions. Progress pauses until the window is clean, and a band never goes down.

Reported no-shows are confirmed by Michi review before they count. Operations can void a record when a platform failure or a both-sides miss caused it.
