Terms of Service

You are responsible for accurate information, respectful communication, and attending lessons on time. If you are a minor, use Michi with guardian consent.

Tutors are responsible for professional conduct, accurate lesson notes, safeguarding student information, and reviewing student-visible reports before sending them.

Michi provides 1:1 IB Diploma Programme tutoring, manually reviewed tutor matching, and post-lesson reports.

Michi may suspend accounts that violate safety, payment, tutor conduct, or communication rules.

Cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows are governed by the Cancellation Policy and the Reliability Policy, which form part of these terms.

Tutor rates are the amounts agreed at the interview from each applicant's proposed rate and are fixed at approval. The agreed rate and payout terms form part of these terms.
